What can't go on a capsule?

Steam's rules allow only game artwork, the game name and any official subtitle on store capsules. These are not allowed:

The library capsule must show your logo and no other text. The library hero can't contain any text at all; the logo is uploaded as its own file. To announce an update or event, Steam has artwork overrides: they last up to a month and must be localised into the languages your game supports.

FAQ

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. Your browser does all the work; the files stay on your computer and nothing is sent to our server.

Does it cost anything, or need an account?

No and no. Use it as much as you like.

Does it make screenshots too?

No. Steam wants screenshots to show the game itself, not concept art or images with awards. Capture them in-game at 1920 × 1080 or larger.
