ceus.games is a browser game site where you can play without signing up. This page explains what information we process, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. We collect as little as we can.

We are the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we also follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you play without an account
You don't need to give us your name, e-mail address or any other personal information to play. Your progress and settings (such as sound and language) are stored only in your own browser. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What we process

Visit statistics are collected with a cookie-free tool. It doesn't store your IP address, doesn't track you across sites, and can't identify you.
Leaderboards show only your player name and score. Your e-mail address is never shown publicly.
What we don't collect: your real name, phone number, postal address, ID numbers, payment details, contacts or location. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.
Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: your account, progress and leaderboards (KVKK art. 5(2)(c), GDPR art. 6(1)(b))
- Legitimate interests: security logs, preventing cheating and abuse, anonymous statistics (KVKK art. 5(2)(f), GDPR art. 6(1)(f))
- Legal obligation: records we must keep by law (KVKK art. 5(2)(ç), GDPR art. 6(1)(c))
- Consent: the "notify me" e-mail list. You can withdraw it at any time. (KVKK art. 5(1), GDPR art. 6(1)(a))
Where your data is stored and who we share it with
The site and its database run on a server we manage, in Vultr Holdings LLC's data center in Frankfurt, Germany. Vultr hosts the data on our behalf and does not use it for any other purpose. For players in Türkiye, this means the data is stored abroad.
Apart from that, we share your data only with public authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it

When the period ends, data is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner. The site uses only two cookies that it needs to work:

Game progress and settings are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us. If we ever use advertising or other cookies, we'll update this section and ask for your consent first where required.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it (portability), and learn who it has been shared with. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the account page. For any other request, write to contact@ceusgames.com from the e-mail address registered to your account. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EEA or UK, to your local data protection authority.
Children
Anyone can play without an account. Children under 13 (or the minimum age in their country) need permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account.
Security
Connections are always encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. The server can only be accessed with authorized keys.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. We announce important changes on the site.
