ceus.games is a browser game site run by Ceyhun Baş (CeusGames). By using the site or its games, you agree to these terms.

1. The games are free

All games on the site are free to play. Nothing is sold on the site.

2. Accounts

• You don't need an account to play. With an account, your progress is saved and you appear on leaderboards.
• Your account is personal. You can't transfer or sell it.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

3. Player names and behavior

The following aren't allowed:

• Player names that are insulting, obscene, hateful, or impersonate someone else
• Cheating, bots, automation tools, or exploiting bugs to gain an advantage
• Trying to harm the site or other players (attacks, excessive load, probing for vulnerabilities)
• Using the site for anything illegal

We may change player names, remove scores, or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Intellectual property

The games, artwork, sounds, logo and site content belong to CeusGames or its licensors. Apart from playing them for personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, modify, or publish them on other sites.

You're welcome to record videos, stream, and monetize content of yourself playing our games.

5. The service

The games and the site are provided "as is". We don't guarantee they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change, or remove games. The site may be briefly unavailable during maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and we announce important changes on the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
